It's been the 4th mou for quite some now. It has always been reported as undisclosed. Its anyones guess as to who it is, although we can be sure its not one of the other three. Constellation energy (one mou) was inspecting the test loop site in Wilmington last week. As such, i suspect that these Mou's may have some substance behind them. Like a lot of pieces to this puzzle they may start to fall into place soon after trl6 is achieved. Another piece is the tens of millions on offer from the Doe for new enrichment technology demonstration projects. If i had to guess, id say that if Gle are succesfull in their application then this would more likely be awarded before trl 6 is declared.
