Nope. He's an honest anti-nuclear environmentally conscious poster.
He's voiced his objections and I actually think most honest people have fundamental reservations about the hazards of radiation poisoning. If humans want to go on using nuclear power generation, then improving the technology is something that needs to be done, and frankly I don't trust the Chinese, Russians or Iranians to do it for us.
