I am willing to take you up on that Scaggs, as they say Plef 1 could be ready as soon as 2027 where does that mean that Plef2 or Plef3 comes in? Plef3 being HALEU,
GLE say they want part of the AIF, how the hell can they meet the commitment of supplying HALEU by early 2026?
I am sure they will make HALEU one day at Paducah, but I don't see that being anytime soon? Wilmington already had a license for HALEU, it would be but the stoke of a pen to resurrect that IMHO.
I might not come to the AGM though, getting a bit sick of people patting you on the back sometimes but wondering whether they hold a knife in the other?
So it might not be this year? Sydney is a problem for me anyway!
