I'm thinking a haleu offtake agreement similar to the silicon deal would satisfy the Doe timeline rules you speak of.
Back to the update, I took some reassurance from it, more so than past ones. Things seem to be moving fast again.
As for any criticisms of your post, I think they are few and unwarranted. When Slx was 17cent you were pointing to their value. They are a 20 bagger since. I think that speaks volumes.
