I would like to know more re the lease at Wilmington? I wonder how long the lease is for and if it has renewal parts to it?

The bit below, I believe is due to the US claiming certain IP that was developed at Wilmington, I posted a PDF recently that was all about the US looking for what IP it owned in the Silex process and who could claim what, I believe part of, if not all of the existing gas separator equipment would have had some US input, hence this bit -:
"The GLE team in Wilmington are focused on scaling up separator and gas handling equipment in the Test Loop facility."
I am not sure what percentage change to something constitutes it being different enough to have it's own IP classification? 10% change maybe?
