the negative with pyc is the shares on issue. The positive is the % of shares held by a couple of directors. The only question is do the directors know what they are doing with such a large investment in an illiquid stock or did they make a mistake. The only thing that keeps me interested these days is the fact they have such belief. It's possible they may have made a mistake, but they are definately with pyc to make serious money not just take fees, and if we lose they lose.
That being said i found the 4c update incredibly disappointing. Yes were making progress but we spent 3 million deciding to change direction and invest in high throughput screening etc. In previous 4c this 2nd quarter was most important ever and we had 40 odd candidates of second gen to test, yet this latest 4c it will be another 6 months to test and choose lead, which means another 4 million.
On previous form, in 5 months it will not be ASOs in the eye it will be gbh in the knee or whatever new tech comes along. Seems the high throughput screening was a little misleading?? I know i am probably missing something but i just keep seeing the cash disappear and shares on issue explode and data packs, the ever elusive data packs. We have been waiting for a data pack since the first tests of imyc 3 orc4 years ago. . We need some indication that an outside party ( commercial not just research or collaboration) is remotely interested in what we are doing. Seems like maybe the directors bought in as they thought there was interest but are now finding it harder to convert to runs on the board.
