I think it was great a great show of faith in the company that Dale Rodger's son was the underwriter for the 2016 CR. Also I believe as a parent and grandparent that you will work much harder for your children than for yourself. In other words Dale Rodgers will work very hard because his son has a lot at stake here.
However for the sake of investor relations can we please have an independent Chairman
