The board needed a shakeup for sure. It's not a radical makeover but Reed taking more control of geological work will hopefully be an improvement. Simon seemed to be a nice guy but didn't seem to have enough understanding to be able to challenge our geological consultants who were fleecing him and us in my opinion. Let's encourage him to stamp his own views over the top of theirs. Jensen is a scientist and connected via politics, could be useful and has respect for his character, these could be useful but if his job was to get BHA ready for public listing, did he actually fail in that?

This stuff about Cangai seems tentatively encouraging but does a govt desktop study overcome the fact that it hasn't been strong enough to them to do anything with it?
