must be negotiating for more shares from CHK in return for giving them the 20% and minus their expenditure obligations
so they want a final payout of shares imo
chk hold the upper hand to soon own 100% of the tenement
gets to the court door and they settle minus less shares for court costs taken into consideration
they should get in an office and work it out
normally egos get in the way in these situations from settling
