The conspiracy that the broker forced management into giving sophs an unbelievable deal is just crap.
They have structured the deal together to tailor their business plan with money required to pull it off.
You didn’t participate and many others when the company really needed the money, so how do call that you’ll participate later on when they really need the cash again after you ruined their runway….. please
