Nasty there are multiple avatars available and i"m sure you can create a custom one where you can create a mongrel face.
It's funny teams has provided that direct line of comms where if clients have urgent queries they contact me direct on teams with images or a descriptiom of issues to be adressed almost as if i'm there onsite or part of the team. It's most likely the way they communicate internally.
