If the tech really is that good! I'd be inclined to walk away from a dominant/aggressive potential or two, politely but loudly.

This leads me to think the tech is known, but not trusted yet nor is the management. Where is the visit from a partner? it is Queensland after all and their winter is our summer. You'd think one of those German people might like to have a tour and get a tan.
