    Covenant to draw down of the tranche 2 Nebari debt facility of 10m USD is to dig ‘new ore’ so you can rest assured it’s going to start happening very quickly.

    Recent SP action has included a number algo driven pushes lower - something that is likely related to the way Nebari’s warrants will be priced at the time of initial tranche 2 drawdown.
