Have you watched WG latest video? it does explain the SC a little more, apparently the laser is used to add pores in the graphene. (21 min)
well worth watching the whole video, but if your short on time from 17 min onwards he starts talking about graphene and fgr's SC.
FGR has marketed it as a AA replacement, WG on the other hand can see this replacing batteries in phones + more, if its capacity is similar to lithium ion batteries i can see it being used in EV.
