2. needs not to compete with Li-ion 21700 batteries on energy, but that 21700 size to simplify assembly by Tesla.. SC is extremely useful as adjunct in EV power management. Even 1,000 SC per EV as a power adjunct, even only 500 would be a huge market and not just Tesla, all EV.
3. if SC can operate for at least as long as existing phone batteries, weigh no more than and at least as slim as, then the fast charge will ensure it has a market.
4.SC for home storage also useful. Solar panels and clouds do not mix. Again, SC as an intermediary to smooth out power surges (and drops) would significantly help extend battery service life. (For example, flipping on the air con - just a few soconds SC operation to manage the surge greatly helps a home battery storage system service life. Currently a power electronics issue, but SC might reduce costs and net-net help the overall storage system characteristics)
key questions: is SUT technology limited in upsizing? Is the SUT product flexible/bendable/wearable?
