OZ management and Directorship in Australian companies, is really incestuous and self serving. I note an article yesterday that stated the ASX rules were written by the "Club" to maintain the Club and exclude transparency. For examle, try and get nominated as an Independent Director for example. I was around when CTP tossed out one CEO and brought in another in a SH revolt, because a revolt was the only way to get change.

This is only of passing relevance to FGR, other than my eyebrows rising when I see the trail of companies before FGR and the consistent people in them.
