My risk minimization mind says to me that this is a very important statement directed squarely at the ASX and ASIC, in light of the recent run up in share price. Management are telling ASIC and ASX that if there is a positive convlusion on Paducah that the perceived leak was not from them and they have taken reasonable steps to ensure they remain compliant with continuous disclosure obligations.

I therefore wouldn't be surprised if we receive a positive announcement on Paducah within days.
