$800,000 was raised via equity placement at 6 cents, resulting in 13,333,333 shares being issued.
Simultaneously, Albion provided $250,000 of the $1,000,000 loan, which converts at 7.2 cents (17% premium to the placement price ).
Albion's loan has not resulted in any additional shares being issued to date.
