where do you get such detail on their operations? That information is not on any report or did you just make that up?
Obviously if that's the case they will be making a lot less revenue as there are distributor margin/ commissions that need to be taken into account
The sudden use of promoting one months revenue is absurd imo given that they just released a product and started delivering, its a QTRly report. one sentence revenue for the qtr is 1M, then says 803K in cash receipts for QTR, then 553K in revenue June alone, one is profit and loss and other items are cashflow
Clearly there are terms being made with resellers as revenue for 90 days was 1M of which553K was in June and , cash received for the entire QTR was 803K
Last report I replied to the CEO and made the prediction that it would infact need more capital despite claims it had no plans and also detailed errors in accounts and other items which made no real sense. None of these were actually addressed and within a week capital was raised.
Here are some errors and discrepancies in their quarterly reports which should be amended

Now before you tell me its only 100K, as a percentage of revenue its unacceptable, and to think a new person was hired after the errors of its opening accounts
still have no idea how working capital improves if you reduce (pay) long dated payables
Notwithstanding this, if its now selling 65% as you have just claimed through third parties its needs to sell a lot more printers to maintain its revenue and cashflow.
Great to see the channels now selling products, but given the cash balances stated in last report, the fact that the balance of the loan may not be available for future draw down unless conditions are met, I think this company should raise capital, but don't be shy about it , growth using resellers comes at the cost of cashflow and margin, raise a descent amount 10M now that the product is off the drawing board, in production selling and getting good reviews.
Just my two cents, report should be amended, they should print a new ass for whomever is producing them
