Tlou had the disappointment of false promises from Synergen Met during lockdown so Tlou must have been wary when approached by Kala after the lockdown. S.M. was managed beautifully and cost us so little in time and money during the dormant time with Covid problems.

Kala has found a dream partner - land owners a plenty for whatever plans they have to build a monster complex , trillions of cu ft of gas witing to be released once TLOU can afford to to do it, and a trustworthy partner in Africa , is the icing on the cake. TG's frugality will have appealed to them , and everyone but you GpT must be impressed how TG kept TLOU going without an income forever. They possibly expect TLOU will not take advantage of their offer to finance expansion interest free. I pray TG is well enough to see this come to fruition because his job was done after he found common ground with Kala.

No dilution from a succession of placings, earnings from Kala to allow debts to be paid in cash rather than equity , and recipients who are 100% behind TLOU to have loaned that cash in the first place. This is all beyond my wildest dreams , but was what I hoped for when TLOU seemed to down tools on the PPA in favour of discussing the future with Kala.
