This is what happens when investors don't trust the CEO and directors. It does not matter how good the news is, investors don't even think it is good value at an 85% discount to 5 months ago..... and rightly so. Should be a red flag to the board that they have the wrong executive team and investors have lost all confidence in them.
Greg Starr, the managing director, does not even have KBL as his main job on Linkedin?.. his main job is Secretary of Dongfang Agriculture? In Dongfang news releases it states he is their Executive Chairman... How focused is he really on getting you your 85% loss back?
