Look, you come across as a management supporter, and I don’t like your veiled threats when there is any mild criticism of the company.
I want the company to succeed, but as a significant shareholder, I am entitled to express my concerns and opinions without the opaque threat of defamation action.
A casual observer may reasonably assume there is something to hide, given the paranoia about controlling the discussion. It’s just unhealthy.
