I tend to agree with sentiment of people here. However, it would appear to me that phase 2 simply can't do what it's supposed to hence why the upgrades.

Management haven't owned up to this the last 1.5 but reading between the lines of all the anns over this period suggest this. I just hope now, with the right management/director in place, the experience of phase 2 and the ludicrous incentives package, we can get 400kt by next yr.

Also will cost of production drop over this down-time period? It still hasn't been clear to me why variable costs have been so high, given the weak production.

Also, over this period, they can sort out feed and machinery issues.
