Something I noticed in the Construction Intelligence Center links, was this slight difference between both sites.
Notice how in this link about Paducah-:

they say this-:Project End Quarter: Q4 2019(Estimated)
We do know that Silex said that the decision for the license from NRC was due soon.
Yet in this link -:
http://www.construction-ic.com/HomePage/Projects?ReturnUrl=/Projects/Overview/151013#
For Wilmington they say this -: Project End Quarter: Q4 2020
notice how it doesn't say "estimated"
That to me indicates that that is a fixed date for it's completion?
Yet Silex keeps telling us that they are yet to make a decision on Wilmington?
What say Ye?
