It will be driven by fair value.
It may be influenced by a bit of move on. But move on to where. This deposit is an anomaly. The material has been laid down with few impurities. Coupled with it's size, there are few deposits of this quality and magnitude in the world. Companies hunt for this type of deposit. Nobody is going to give it away in order to go looking in the haystack for another one.
It is being being brought to light in a perfect storm, requiring green steel to be brought front and centre.
The BOD may have a fair price that they will sell out for. PB knows what that is. A quick sale value would be at least 50 cents plus a very big tail. Snap up value of the tail would have to be equal to the take up. The realistic value is at least double this, or treble.
