I understand what you mean but PYC didn't really double the register just the amount of shares - in fact it became tighter through the last capital raising and none have been sold - I think the point being that your could have got some in the CR if you wanted but no one did so the holding got more concentrated. Truth is that the Japanese market is distorted by QE and pharma chose their way over ours so hopefully the winds are changing.
