I'm checking out of HC for a while again but I hate it when we manufacture timetables here that don't exist.
There are 3 possible dates -
There is an announcement on Oct 1st ie shareholders newsletter that says they were looking to give the stuff to Genentech in the next 2 months (could be interpreted as Nov or Dec) and then they have 12 months. The original agreement is late Dec 2014 and then the AR as Akki pointed out but that is a little vague ie 'expect to conclude' in October.
I would be careful setting a specific date based on HC posts and especially when the basis is a little vague.
If you want a legal drop dead date I'd be using the original Dec 21st date as the actual agreement probably says 12 months for PYC to provide and 12 months for Genentech to review. It's in PYCs interests to get it to Genentech as early as possible but in my experience of contracts that probably just gave Genentech 13-14 months to review.
I would hope for something by Nov 1 but I'd only lose that hope of something after Christmas.
