Hi Oscar, All that potential seems great, they had the same potential ideas and slides for the 3D printer industry which they are casually announcing they are basically walkng back from. They have failed utterly to deliver, their forcasts have resulted in compounding losses and hence the new business was required.

Stemkits was only just recently purchased for $AUD3.5M

Given they have all but casually admitted they are now going to change their main focus to the newly purchased business , I find it hard to think expect that the existing business (maket CAP 9.5M) will stand...……… I don't think they have nearly triple a 3.5M business since acquiring it in AUG,,,,,so expect the share price to get slashed imo.

SO much for all this expected sales and profitability from a range of printers which has sucked up so much capital! I suppose a name change and it will all be forgotten lol

IMO they are a total disgrace, cant believe I got caught buying back into a plan which then suddenly required a capital raising...…………………..………. only good thing is that I took it on the chin after looking at their results at much higher prices. I have been proven correct in terms of the ROBO printer delivery, and here we are as expected its now all about the 3.5M business they just recently bought but their market cap is sitting at nearly triple.

The smartest person in the room imo are the vendors of stemkits which were smart enough to take a huge pile of cash from robo and some bonus shares for a business which like 3D printers is highly competitive and developing.

I note the cashflow notice didn't have the "debtors facility" which I thought also had security like the 750 listed......which by the way is due end of year...……….

There is also a lot of shares coming out of escrow end of year from management - look out
