I think the Company will do the Cap Raise as they are continuing to lose money... they need more money from us.

Not sure if too many Shareholders will participate as it will soon be cheaper to buy on market, look at the way the share price for this penny stock continues to fall....

Ripple is a joke that will never yield anything except a cost to any shareholder who wants to donate money into a dud. Uganda is also a joke, and even more of a distraction, it will yield no benefit to us. Yet again this is something they talk about quite regularly.... but watch closely... nothing is ever delivered !!!

Where is the Announcement on flow rates or water problems with our new well where we encountered "gassy sands" ? It is an old trick to talk about something else if you have bad news... I'm guessing our new well may be a disappointment..
