I think you are right Sargent. This looks like the logical next step in engineering development for the transport route via the Shell infrastructure. Reasonable to assume also that Shell has validated the Petrofac work. HRR is staying somewhat subdued in their announcements as the phase 1 partnering process plays out and for now, are focussing on what they can control which are the engineering deliverables.
I think you are right Sargent. This looks like the logical next...
