What I want to know is :

Where is the loan documentation and repayment schedule for the $905k loaned out this year ???????

Let me get this right...

We've got $750 in the Bank

and loans out for $905k, but no mention of when it will be repaid, interest charges, consequences of non-payment.

If we don't see this documentation VERY soon....

Guess I'll probably have to call a regulatory friend and see if she wants to give Colin a call and get some answers on why loan documentation is being with-held in a public company. Am pretty sure she will be keen to hear the ...err, reason ? / Excuse ? - Would be surprised if he were to tell her to nick off , none of shareholders business !
