Do YOU wish to become involved in any action/s required to
determine whether or not either or both of those two sections have been breached?

Are YOU able to show that BKP directors, either singularly or jointly,have knowingly acted in a manner that could be proved to be detrimental to BKP shareholders?

I don't believe that YOU, or any other poster to this thread, are willing to "'ave a go."
