Sure, there's no doubt there is a relationship,an influential one? , perhaps,..... it's also the application of the definition of a "small company", where many closer relations with auditors are permitted which appears to affect the way it is applied to a scenario or company.
Re CVS being the recipient of any of the $905k, officially this is a negatory. Their sttmt doesn't mention any such funds.
We'll see if they provide loan docs like any other ASX listed company would be expected to do.
