Developing the underground mine first and faster is best given cash on hand. Would of been nice to develop the pit at the same time, but with additional drilling on pit a better plan will be developed.
Saw that in the longer term four teams are to be employed beginning a night shift. Should be alot of experienced potential employees out there given retrenchments, just hope though they do some extra diligence on HR psychological/drug testing. Huge negative impact on such a small crew employing the wrong people. Better to scalp ;) ??
Any projections on tonnage per crew?
