Good strategy short term to concentrate on Alliance.
Wait until late Spring time to mine Croidon when the soil and rock is dry, also I doubt farmers want their local roads tore up over winter
Also they have limited managment resources, better to concentrate on Alliance and get a new mining crew trained safely which will be enough drama in its own right.
What I liked hearing was re Alliance shoot "Still open to the South" this shoot is getting to be serious in tonnage and tenor - people.
Now we just need to monetise it.
