I was thinking of my and others attempt to understand the reports. Expenses... what are one offs, what are new ones, what are ongoing. Then I thought: actually only the management know what is going on. And I will then go by Pete's statement tacked onto his HIGH AISC and low OZs guidance. He said this:

"We expect our cash reserves to increase significantly as a result of this anticipated strong second half."

If the cash reserves are not 'significantly' increased by Dec 31 (and that assumes all debt due is paid, and no more debt borrowed, and all costs covered)... if they do not have MORE CASH on 31 DEC... significantly, then PB is the biggest knob out there. And he can be considered a liar and/or an incompetent. Only he has all the facts. And when I asked Paula years ago to interpret some Pete-speak, she said 'we will leave it to you to interpret'. Bastards.

So, I only need to interpret ONE sentence. And, again... here it is:

"We expect our cash reserves to increase significantly as a result of this anticipated strong second half."

    Bastards.
