A CEO can still be a director, and generally is. If he relinquished his directorship, the ASX would have to be informed, and a final notice issued for his shareholding. Neither has occurred. You are spreading untruths because of your own lack of knowledge, and your intent is malicious. He is still listed as a public officer in the official documents of SMN:

You also stated earlier that he brought his shares on market for ~50c:
"$1m bucks worth at ~50c"
I merely pointed out that it was at ~60c average.
