Oggy.. I think you need to take a step back and re think what you are posting...

Maybe he is not a director but he is still a company officer and as such is treated like a director when it comes to shares... He would have knowledge that would not allow him to trade his shares without permission from the board of directors.

Until there is a notice stating otherwise then you really need to pull back on the defamatory remarks as you are digging a hole bigger than you will be able to get yourself out of.. I don't know how much you think it would cost to defend yourself but whatever number is in your head times it by 10 and then double it if you lose and have to pay the other sides legal costs and then whatever you need to pay them in compensation.

Seriously not worth it.... Think about it..
