nah that's not quite right, you seem to be of the impression that if a company releases news its share price should respond instantly to that news, what I said was linking the timing of the news directly to a sp move is not correct, well not always, indeed SP can often move in the opposite direction to what you may think it should with the release of a particular piece of news. For instance look at the news released by A2M today, rather bullish no? yet SP ended up down for the day, but lets see what happens over the next few months shall we.
