My take from yesterday is

They have received new purchase orders this quarter hence the statement the stockpiles will fill existing orders.

We know they had already filled Q4 orders so that's positive that new orders have come.

I take the fleet announcement as very positive. I have no doubt that Xinhai or the likes would have stipulated that they aren't going in to bed together without the structure to support it. So that's a tick .

I expect near term the catalysts to be unveiled.

Agreed sales needs NEEDS to be spruiked if they are there.

I think the buying will start real soon once the plans are unveiled particularly given Cedric was in china for a few weeks...

I understand those who are selling ... But also I do believe we are on the cusp of some news which will appreciate the value soon which looking should pump it back into the twos.
