    CaptRapp, I would differ there. It looks to me like the new broom is ready to clean up after the rough storm which had to be manouvered.
    The new Capt will have a clearer path to find our treasure and the former Capt will be well rewarded if it all works out however will by necessity have significantly less influence on the way forward.
