The Santos deal alone is worth more than the market value. 30 million cash plus 30% of 65 million =49.5 million.
The market value is $31.3 million.
May be the company will be better off if it can sell all the non-NT assets, pay the debt, farm out all the NT assets, and get rid of the managing directors.
