I would think a $15 million boost to the bottom line would be a tad better than a kick up the kyber with a frozen boot but that's how the market's treating it. Slowly and steadily infrastructure and income are increasing, we're floating in cash and simultaneously the share price is weakening. That other JV partners will come on board is a given in which case perhaps the sp will stop falling. Such is the market. With the north American winter setting in big time and Europe expecting the same I expect prices will rise sharply for gas, heating oils etc.
However in apposition to this global warming will soon melt all the snow and warm the winds and the Paris accord will continue pushing the diminishing use of fossil fuels.
