    Can someone tell me what the current status is with any convertible notes outstanding?

    Have these been paid out in full?
    My experience is any penny stock that issues convertible notes is usually in a death spiral. It always ends very poorly.

    My understanding is that AJQ settled in cash on May 2018. See link:

    Am I safe in thinking there are no outstanding CNs?
