    I think Origin saw them coming when they sold NM the pup at Kincora.

    My guess is ex CEO RDW (who oversaw the northern shale prospects and organised the original USA based farm in ) probably advised against it but NM thought it was the bees knees. New CEO RC then got the job of trying to make it all work. My guess is he ultimately got jack of working for NM. Hope they can now make it work under new CEO.

    I bet RDW would have preferred to keep building up their knowledge base and expertise in Nicholson & Carpentaria Basins and getting another farm-in partner but retaining operatorship and not bothering about Kincora. Now about 1/3rd of northern prospects have been handed over to Santos probably because AJQ's human capital is dissipating.

    I make good money out of my fluctuating investment in AJQ but now I am very conflicted about my present AJQ holding which is under water.
