So it started early last year that they were reviewing multiple tech co, then it refined down to 1 co, now it’s gone back to up to multiple co’s. Seems like the one they were pursuing fell through.
Doesn’t appear that a deal will be done in the short term. Hopefully something happens soon, they have been reviewing tech co for nearly 12 months with no luck, getting a bit annoying that they keep adding that line on the updates.
Apart from that financials look good, but it needs bolstering for it to get off the ground.
