I believe the contentious issue being 'performance shares' and to which most agree is the weak link thus far with ISX. However, the point of difference is whether these have been legally and/or ethically obtained. Most holders are of the view that JK and the team deserve it and should keep it as long as its legal. Now it's up to the courts to decide. Will leave it to the experts.
