Ann: Operational Update, page-3

Bought a few today and some last week.
I have been watching this stock since the middle of August, thinking that it may drift back nearer the capital raising price of 5 cents.
Which it certainly hasn't.
Any way Wack or anyone, 'Why on earth would the company do a 10-1 consolidation which would make the stock price 10 or 11 cents and then do a C.R. at 5 cents'?
To my way of thinking that's defeating the purpose of the consolidation causing a lot of dilution.
Surely they could have got more than 5 cents per share for the C.R.
