Maybe the infection wasn't at the workplace. Maybe they've just had a Pachabamba festival where everyone has hugged and kissed each other. Have you been to Argentina? Everyone greets each other with a kiss on the cheek, even the men sometimes, as I found out much to my chagrin in one of my recent trips there. Maybe they're a bit lax on hygiene in the regions or maybe they don't wear masks (c.f. vast areas of the USA). We know this is a highly infectious virus.
