Sorry, your comment is nuts. It's a workplace and it's ORE's responsibility to keep their workers safe. They can enforce social distancing and other precautions.
The rate of infection at this particular workplace is extraordinarily high, far beyond the rate of infection in the wider community and ORE themselves admitted it was spread in the workplace. They've screwed up, big time. Let's just hope no one dies.
